Located next to Balloan House, our Garden Lodge is perfect for smaller parties. With two fantastic ensuite bedrooms, it’s a spacious property for any group. It can also be used in addition to Balloan House in order to host extra large gatherings. Whatever you choose, you can expect to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Our Garden Lodge features a living room and kitchen, providing everything you might need, whether you want to cook a delicious meal, sit back with a book, or simply relax. What’s more, you’ll also have access to the large garden shared with Balloan house, and you can make full use of your own BBQ and comfortable outdoor seating area.

We have a minimum stay of 5 nights in the lodge (unless by special arrangement)
